U.S GOVERNMENT.� General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City/State: Honolulu, Hawaii. Delineated Area: West � Fort Street Mall, North � Beretania Street, East � South Street, South � Ala Moana Blvd.� Both sides of the street on these boundaries shall be included. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,245 (usable sq. ft.) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,855 (usable sq. ft.) Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Seven (7) reserved structured stalls Full Term: Fifteen (15) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years Renewal Option Term: Two (2) years Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
