Description

PROJECT TITLE: HOME - Automatic Gate Openers THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY!!! On or about June 17, 2020, the Department of Interior, National Park Service, Midwest Region Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a solicitation (140P6020Q0022) on Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.fbo.gov). The work for this project consists of replacing two (2) controllers and wireless keypads and installing new automatic gate openers at Freeman School. The park has four sets of gates. One located at the Visitor Center, one at the Education Center and Two at Freeman School. The Visitor center and the Educational Center gates currently have automatic gate openers. These automatic gate openers currently have capability of 20 or less code that can be entered. The Freeman School gates do not have automatic gate openers. Project Location: Homestead National Monument of America, Beatrice, Nebraska 68310-6743. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. In order for a quote to be considered the offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at time the quote is received and at time of award, if an award is to be made. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Type of Contract: One (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be awarded on a best value basis. NAICS CODE: 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. The small business standard is $16.5M. Contract Period of Performance: Estimated at 21 business Days from Notice to Proceed.
