U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Carrollton, IL County: Greene County Delineated Area: North: Beginning at the intersection of 675E and 1500N, head East to the intersection of 1500N and Rt. 67 North, head North to the intersection of Rt. 67 North and 1600N,head east to the intersection of 1600N and KCS Rail Road, head South along KCS Rail Road to Route 108 East, head East to the intersection of Rt. 108 East and 1600E. East: Beginning at the intersection of Rt. 108 East and 1600E, head South to the intersection of 1600E and 950N. South: Beginning at the intersection of 1600E and 950N, head West on 950N to the intersection of 950N and 900N, continue West on 900N to the intersection of 900N and Rt. 67 South, head North along Rt. 67 South to the intersection of Rt. 67 South and 1000N, head West on 1000N to the intersection of 1000N and 800E. West: Beginning at the intersection of 1000N and 800E, head North to the intersection of 800E and Rt. 108 West, head West along Rt. 108 West to the intersection of Rt. 108 West and 700E, head North on 700E to 1460N, continue on 1460N to the intersection of 1460N and 675E, head North on 675E to the intersection of 675E and 1500N. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
