- The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Ground Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). Grounds Maintenance Services, inclusive of providing healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance that represents the facility in its best appearance to enhance public relation and attractiveness are required at the at the Lancaster U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC), 1135 Ranck Mill Road, Lancaster, PA 17602-2521 (PA056) and York Memorial USARC, 605 Arsenal Road, York, PA 17402- 2135 (PA135).
