WOSB Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)
 

Description

This solicitation is hereby amended.� The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes to the Performance Work Statement and to the addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors.� These changes are highlighted in yellow.� Offerors shall review the highlighted changes in the attached amendment #0001 and provide acknowledgement of the amendment in their proposal in accordance with the instructions listed in block 11 of the attached amendment #0001. Additionally, answers to questions posed by potential offerors are also attached.� Offerors are advised to review the questions and answers.� No further questions will be accepted for this amended solicitation. Finally, the deadline for receiving proposals has been extended to 10:00AM Central Daylight Savings Time on Wednesday, 10 June 2020. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Sam Houston has a requirement to procure all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services in support of the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) and Army Stationing and Installation Plan-�Secret (ASIP-S) as identified in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP)�and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included therein.� All interested vendors must respond in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and its related addendums within the RFP.� This requirement is set-aside 100% for Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) because market research indicated there is a reasonable expectation of receiving offers from 2 or more WOSBs.
