Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source � Software Maintenance Support Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management � Dallas intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Packet Forensics, LLC, 576 N Birdneck Rd, #701, Virginia Beach, VA 23451; for the purpose of procuring software maintenance support services for Packet Forensics hardware and software. Packet Forensics, LLC is the sole distributor of the maintenance for internet intercept probes in use at HSI due to owning the hardware and software purchased from Packet Forensics in Fiscal Year 2015 as a result of a competitive procurement.� Items to be delivered: 0001 Base Period � Silver Level Support Service and Maintenance, 1 year; 0002 Option Period 1 � Silver Level Support Service and Maintenance, 1 year; 0003 Option Period 2 � Silver Level Support Service and Maintenance, 1 year; 0004 Option Period 3 � Silver Level Support Service and Maintenance, 1 year; 0005 Option Period 4 � Silver Level Support Service and Maintenance, 1 year.� Delivery Address: Lorton, Virginia 20598 and the period of performance is 1 base year with 4 option years. This solicitation document incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06.
