This is an Award Notice only, as required by FAR 5.301 (6). The award was made on a sole source basis under the authorities granted in FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) and FAR 18.110 - Emergency Acquisition Procedures, per the Presidential Emergency Declaration issued on March 13, 2020 as it relates to COVID-19. The United States Department of Agriculture (UDSA) � Forest Service Rocky Mountain Region is in need of a contractor to clean existing vault toilets located throughout the White River National Forest in the Eagle/Holy-Cross Ranger District due to COVID-19.� The cleanings are for the purpose of reopening locations to General Public, as well as on a regular schedule once open to maintain a safe and clean environment.� The cleanings are required to ensure that the locations will be clean and disinfected per CDC guidelines and address continuous health and safety risks/concerns as they relate to the COVID-19 pandemic during the remainder of 2020.
