Description

Naval Medical Center (NMC) Portsmouth, VA has a�Requirement is for consignment of various Spinal Implants and Spinal Surgical Instruments for the Main OR Dept. located at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, see table in attached SF-18 for supplies requested. Must provide pricing for all items as instructed per table.� Contact christopher.s.ward1.civ@mail.mil�if access to excel version is needed for pricing. Do Not Alter Spreadsheet Period of Performance is base year 01 July 2020�through 30 June 2021, and 4 Option Years 01 July 2021�through 30 June 2025 This is a request for quotes. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price option year contract, with a base and four (4) options years.� Award will be made to using an �All or None� evaluation and/or based on the �Best Value� proposed for this requirement in terms of technical capabilities/approach, past performance, and price. All questions must be received by 6 June2020 @ 10:00am.
