Description

Low Level Outlet Works Rehabilitation to the Coolidge Dam, San Carlos Indian Reservation, Arizona. �The proposed procurement is an Unrestricted (open to both large and small businesses) Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Request For Proposal (RFP).� NAICS is 237990, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00.� The magnitude of construction for this project will be between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. �Bonding will be required for this acquisition. �Offerors attention is directed to Section 002100 in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. �Plans will be issued on or about 12 May 2020, with proposals due on or about 19�Jun 2020.� Offerors are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process, and is subject to the availability of funds. THE PROJECT consists the following: Clearing and grubbing construction areas of vegetation. The work includes supply of equipment and structures and all labor, plant, equipment and materials for the rehabilitation of the two (2) low level outlets of the Coolidge Dam, near Globe, Arizona. This includes selective rehabilitation and modifications to the existing outlet towers and low level conduits, addition of new isolation valves, upgrade of the existing regulating and guard gates operating equipment and control systems and other miscellaneous improvements in support of the overall rehabilitation. Both above and underwater work will be required for this project.
