Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement for transportation services in the San Antonio (SNA)�Area of Responsibility (AOR).� This�is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.204.� The Government anticipates that the solicitation will be issued on or about April 1, 2020.� The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice allowing potential Offerors an insight into the scope of the requirement prior to the formal solicitation being released.�Vendors are encouraged to review the attached PWS and provide any comments or questions relating to this draft, no later than 3:00pm Eastern Time, Friday March 13, 2020 to OAQDCRSW@ice.dhs.gov.� The Government anticipates awarding a time and materials contract for these services, with a blended mileage transportation rate and a blended guard hours rate.�� The Government reserves the right to not provide responses to vendor's questions and comments relating to this PWS. This notice does not constitute a Request for�(RFP) nor does it restrict the Government in its decision when determining�the final acquisition approach.
