Description
The solicitation is amended as follows: Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section C.1.9.7. Schedule of Deductions is revised to read as follows: �The established unit prices per CLIN as stated in Section B will be used by the COR when determining deductions for non-performance. The Government will take deductions based on the Performance Requirement Summary, Attachment C14. ��� 2.� Attachment C18 Schedule of Deductions is deleted from the PWS. The attached document�SP4705-20-R-0007 (Interior/Exterior) questions and answers provide the received�questions and answers. �Proposals are due June 5, 2020. A second site visit is scheduled for May 21, 2020, at 9:00 am EDT in the DLA HQC Pod 4 lobby.� Please contact Angela Mattox to register via email angela.mattox@dla.mil. The deadline for questions is changed to May 22, 2020, 11:00 am EDT. The Contractor shall provide routine and non-routine commercial services for all buildings, structures and related systems and equipment within the Defense Logistics Agency McNamara Headquarters Complex.� Routine services includes the following:� (1)� maintenance, repair, modernization, or modification of supplies, systems, or equipment; (2)� routine recurring maintenance of real property; (3)� housekeeping and base services; (4)� operation of Government-owned equipment, real property, and systems; and (5)� dismantling, demolition, or removal of improvements requiring no further work that will result in the construction, alteration, or repair of buildings.� Non-routine commercial services, ad-hoc work, covers any dismantling, demolition, or removal of improvements requiring further work which will result in construction, alteration, or repair of buildings.
