Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, Effective May 6, 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. This project is located at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center. Contractor will provide data, power, and equipment backing support for A/V servers, camera mounts, speaker and/or microphones in 10 rooms. Data will need to be pulled from data closets located in Bldg. 2 to each room to support the equipment specified in the site assessment report. The site assessment report along with cut sheets for all the equipment are provided. Contractor A site visit will be conducted on June 10, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST. All contractors planning to attend should email a request along with the name of the individual attending from your organization to marty.bost@va.gov. This will be the only site visit scheduled.
