- June 01, 2020 This amendment is to change the closing time from 4:30 AM to 4:30 PM.� The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey to solicit statements of interest and capability from sources that can provide Instructional Services in support of FAA ACADEMY (AMA-002) TRAINING SOLUTIONS TEAM. Additionally, this market survey is being conducted to obtain information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists; to identify capability among small businesses, SEDB/8a sources, and service disabled veteran owned small businesses; and, to identify those Small businesses that offer the services via federal schedules. The contractor shall manage, supervise, and perform services for the FAA Academy, Training Solutions Team�s mission requirements.� The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, assign tasks, and supervise personnel who will perform the work as described in this SOW.� This contract is sponsored by the FAA, who will issue tasks within the scope of the�SOW. The contractor shall provide instructors to deliver, develop, and revise training for customers such as, but not limited to, CBP Border Patrol Agents.� Instructor qualifications shall include,� but not limited to;� Technical Experience :�Government or Private Industry Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electro-Mechanics Technology, Information Technology, or Logistics. Instructional experience:� Government or Private Industry Electronics Technology, Mechanical Electronics Technology, or Logistics. The curriculum will revolve around the customer�s mission.�� The curriculum generally consists of lecture followed by laboratory exercises to allow for monitoring the agent�s ability to demonstrate proficiency in operating the system. The instructor shall use only FAA provided and authorized teaching aids such as, but not limited to, lesson plans, student guides, lab guides, handouts, wall charts, prepared notes, and use of actual surveillance system equipment. Potential sources of these services are expected to be categorized in the 611710�North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). �This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in Educational Services with size standard of $15.0M.� This market survey is issued in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.1.2.1 Market Analysis. Responses to this Market Survey announcement will be used for informational purposes only. �This is not a Screening Information Request or a Request for Proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. �All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or for any administrative costs incurred that are�associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey. �Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey submissions will be solely at the interested party�s expense.� Any proprietary information submitted will be protected, if appropriately marked. �All interested sources should provide responses (one response per company) on company letterhead, pages limited to a total of 15 type-written pages not including attachments. �The response must include the attached Business Declaration Form and the information below: 1.�� �Provide 2 references for specialized training services delivered in the federal sector (i.e. for Federal Agencies). �Include the following: ��� �Contract Value, POC/Name/phone number ��� �Identify if your services are offered/acquired via Federal Schedules if so note the schedule number(s). ��� �Number of courses per year ��� �Number of instructional hours per year ��� �Describe your responsibilities for course delivery. ��� �Describe the unique training/course attributes ��� �Identify the Delivery/performance successes and applicable types of teaching aids, (such as, lesson plans, student guides, lab guides, handouts, wall charts, and prepared notes). �
