General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Puerto Rico City: Aguada Delineated Area: North: Highway # 2 � South on PR-2, left onto PR-417, left onto PR-418 South: Highway # 2 � North on PR-2, left onto PR-418 or North on PR-2, right onto PR-417, left onto PR-418 West: PR-417 � Southeast on PR-417, left onto PR-418 East: PR-417 � Head west on PR-417, right onto PR-418 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,797 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,936 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 16 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 180 Firm Term: 120 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office (2797 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under a lease in Aguada, PR that will be expiring on 09/06/2020. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
