- 05/29/2020 - DEAD LINE IS BEING EXTENDED UNTIL JUNE 19, 2020 TO ALLOW INTERESTED CONTRACTORS WHO WERE SHUT DOWN DUE TO THE COVID-19�PANDEMIC TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS OPPORTUNITY. ALL OTHERS ASPECTS� OF THIS SOLICITATION REMAINS THE SAME. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The Government contemplates awarding of a contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA) is October 1, 2020.� The resulting contract will include a base year from the EDOA through September 30, 2021 with four (4) possible 12-month option periods for renewal which will be October 1st through September 30th of each year at the discretion of the Government. There is a� possible 6 month extension period in accordance to FAR 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services). There is an estimated quantity of 1,764 sessions for the base year and option years and 882 sessions for the 6 month extension. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 24, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the website at http://www.beta.SAM.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
