- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-06. Lack of active SAM registration will preclude any proposal submitted from being evaluated for award. All offerors shall include their SAM Cage Code and Duns Codes as part of their proposal in order to be considered for award. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be from 13 25 July 2020 for the HAZMAT First Responder Operations Course and HAZMAT Technician Training. Reference:� Attachment A 02 PWS and PRS Hazmat Training for the requirements of this solicitation. Attachment B 01 Combined Synopsis Solicitation 434 Hazmat Training for applicable Clauses and Provisions. Attachment C 04 for Service Contract Wage Determinations.
