- Page 1 of 2 This is a Pre-Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for brand name or equal to Sun Nuclear software application, license support, upgrades for SRS Mapcheck, ArcCheck, Plan IQ, IC profiler, ID scanner ID scanner item#123-IDS-SC, PC Electrometer and 3D scanner to include complimentary loaners. Full hardware warranty extension, software license renewal, full access to all new software releases, telephone and web-based technical support, access to all updated users and reference guide for James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, Florida. NAICS Code 511210 (Software Publishers) (4.1M SBA Size Standard) is applicable to this procurement. This procurement is Small Business Set aside. Solicitation#36C24820Q00866is anticipated to be posted to the Beta.SAM.gov website on or about 23 June 2020. Quoters should continue to monitor Beta.SAM.gov for the RFQ and any subsequent Amendments to that RFQ. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES AT THIS TIME.
