- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION �COMBO�: ENGINE CAN REPAIRS � This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-0025 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 effective 30 March 2020, Defense Procurement Notice 20200324, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019. This is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332312 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: �Product Description� *ALL ITEMS ARE BRAND NAME OR EQUAL* CLIN 0001 � MAMAVA Original Mobile Lactation Suite � QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0002 � MAMAVA Original and ADA Fridge Ready Add-On � QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0003 � MAMAVA Original Installation Add-On � QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0004 � MAMAVA Solo Mobile Lactation Suite � QTY: 2 EA CLIN 0005 � MAMAVA Solo Installation Add-On � QTY: 2 EA CLIN 0006 � Avanti AVARM330W 3.3 Cu Ft Compact Refrigerator w/ Chiller, White � QTY: 1 EA � Delivery of the entire requirement shall be FOB Destination. Contractor shall include delivery schedule information on the Pricing Schedule. Delivery must be coordinated with the designated Government point of contact. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror�s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due by 1 June 2020, 10:00 am. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) Answers will be provided by 2 June 2020, 10:00 am.
