Description
The Solicitation number is 6923G220Q0000006 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a fixed price purchase order. This requirement is a total set-aside for small business. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected (in accordance with FAR 52.219-06 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside which applies to this solicitation). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of 32.5 Million. The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at Kings Point, New York requires the services of a qualified organization capable of performing a Semi-Virtual Graduation (Event staging, full production support , Live Streaming, Set-Up/Tear down) for our 2020 Graduation. The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the �Event Staging, Recording and �Full Production Support, Live Streaming, set-up/tear down for our 2020 Graduation which is being held at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Kings Point, NY 11024. The period of performance is from Saturday, June 13, 2020 through Saturday, June 20, 2020. Set-up must be completed by Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Graduation weekend events are scheduled June 18, 2020 through Saturday, June 20, 2020.� Graduation Commencement Ceremony is tentatively set to occur at 0900 on Saturday, June 20, 2020. Removal of all equipment shall be completed by Tuesday, June 23, 2020. See Attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW). TERMS OF DELIVERY Delivery shall be FOB Destination Delivery and acceptance of deliverables shall be FOB DESTINATION at the following location: U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) Department of Maintenance and Repair 300 Steamboat Road Kings Point, NY 11024-1699 APPLICABLE SERVICE CONTRACT ACT WAGE DETERMINATION: The Service Contract Act Wage Determination applicable to this requirement is available online at the following address: https://beta.sam.gov/ INVOICE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS - The Contractor may submit invoices in either electronic or paper format. Electronic submission is preferred. (1) Electronic invoices shall be address to MARADInvoices@faa.gov. Electronic invoices shall conform to the following criteria, or be subject to rejection: a. Invoice and supporting documentation shall be in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. b. The e-mail subject shall include the contract/purchase order number and invoice number. c.
