- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Optimized Systems and Solutions, LLC (DBA Rolls-Royce Controls and Data Services) in Indianapolis, IN on a sole source basis for the extended service/repair support coverage of all JetSCAN Oil Analysis System equipment. This effort is in support of the USMC�s AV-8B Harrier, F-402 Engines. The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
