- Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Four Points Technology, 14900 Conference Center Dr, Suite 100, Chantilly, VA 20151, to purchase the SwissTrace Twilite Two MR-Compatible Blood Sampling System for the VA Greater Los Angeles Health Care System. The equipment is necessary for data processing for the study of human subjects positron emission tomography (PET) data measuring levels of translocation proteins (TSPO) binding in human brain in patients with schizophrenia.
