- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division intends to negotiate and award a cost type sole source contract modification to�contract�W911QY-18-C-0232 to Sierra Nevada Corporation, 444 Salomon Cir, Sparks, NV 89434-965 IAW FAR 6.302-1. Under this modification, the Contractor will provide development of additional software and hardware integration to support United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), and engineering of a mature First Article Testing (FAT) prototype(s) for evaluation of the MEDHUB system on a DoD tactical mesh network. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This special notice is not a request for competitive proposals however, responsible businesses purporting to have the necessary qualifications with the ability deliver this item must submit official documentation to this fact. Submission instructions are provided below. The Government will retain comments and information received in response to this Special Notice. Proprietary information should be identified as Company Proprietary. Do not use Government Security classification markings. Questions regarding this Special Notice should be emailed to the point of contact listed below. Responders are encouraged to address their abilities to deliver this requirement within 15 days of this notice. All written responses must be received no later than 11:59 AM Eastern on Friday, 12 June 2020.
