Description: The purpose of the project is to remove a 25 ton air conditioning unit and replace with a 30 ton air conditioning complete condensing unit and evaporator coil; to include piping, metering devices and control system, line power tie in and start up with commissioning report. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, services, insurance, permits and equipment to carry out the work in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
