Description
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation plans to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) on DIBBS to assign 1 NSN to an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Requested terms will be FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition for award of a base period of 2-years, plus (3) one year option periods.��� Under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Please notify the POC prior to the synopsis closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered.� Any items found to be competitive after award of the contract or become competitive after award, will be removed from the contract.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000; a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000; certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a source approval request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. If time does not permit evaluation of SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). The issue date is on or around 06/11/2020, and the closing date is on or around 07/10/2020.
