Description: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-20-Q-00953-NOS-1a constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06.ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for Hangout Meets Hardware with delivery no later than July 30, 2020.ï¿½ Quotes shall be FOB destination, please include freight to multiple delivery locations. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on lowest price technically acceptable. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendorï¿½s quote.ï¿½ This RFQ is provided for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on June 4, 2020; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the LPTA. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to Natasha.Thieman@noaa.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Contractors are encouraged to register with the Contract Opportunities Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within Contract Opportunities where this synopsis/solicitation is posted). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. The anticipated award date is on or about Juneï¿½18, 2020. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractorï¿½s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
