- Description
- The National Forests and Grasslands in Texas (NFGT) has an ongoing requirement to complete various facilities construction projects as is further detailed in the Solicitation/ Request for Proposals. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) as best meets the needs of the Government based on technical capability, past performance, and price. These contracts will have a two-year base period, which runs through July 31, 2022 and one three-year option period, which if exercised could extend contract performance through July 31, 2025. There is no guarantee that any options will be exercised by the Government. (These dates may be adjusted based on the actual date of award.) Individual task orders will be competed among MATOC awardees. The Government expressly reserves the right to limit competition in order to meet minimum contract obligations or as may otherwise be determined to be in its best interests. The Government reserves the right to adjust the quantity ordered on any task order based on the availability of funds.
