Description: USMC Recruiters School is a historical building aboard the Marine Corps Recruit Depot installation. The building has roughly 40 classrooms and office spaces and two lounging/ sitting areas that are floored with about 24,000 square feet of carpet.� Over time the carpets in these areas have become stained and dirty due to heavy traffic flow. Vendor must be able to properly vacuum, shampoo and clean the carpets. Company needs to be able to add a carpet protector, enzyme deodorizer and the ability to spot remove.
