- The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the project titled �Collaborative Robot AFRL/RWWG� which will encompass: providing a collaborative robot meeting the stated requirements and performance specifications established by the AFRL/RWWG. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a restricted solicitation with a 100% set-aside for small businesses. This is Request for Quotation numbered FA2823-20-Q-9070. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. DESCRIPTION OF FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) REQUIREMENT: CLIN0001 Description:�All Equipment IAW �TRD AFRL RWWG� PDF Quantity: 1 EA CLIN 0001 1 EA Proposal must meet all the requirements identified on the Technical Requirements Document (TRD): SEE ATTACHED TRD AFRL/RWWG PDF. Proposals must be firm fixed priced and must include FOB Destination for deliverable items. Awarded contractor shall follow the most up-to-date base access guidance at Eglin AFB for the duration of the Period of Performance for this contract during the COVID-19 Emergency Environment. Contractor shall coordinate with the designated Government POC for delivery and installation of items/services for this requirement. In accordance with, FAR 52.212-1(b)(4), offerors are reminded that as a minimum, offers must show a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Table A-1. Technical Acceptable/Unacceptable Ratings Acceptable: Proposal clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Unacceptable: Proposal does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Proposal must remain valid through 30 June 2020. Requested project completion date is no later than 30 Days ARO, but expedited delivery schedules and performance are accepted, encouraged, and required for portions of each CLIN. Quoted prices must be in US Dollars. Specific Instructions: BASIS FOR AWARD: In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest evaluated price for a product meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards set forth in the specifications (Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Approach LPTA). Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b). Offerors must submit a proposal for all items listed. Partial offers will not be considered for award.
