NAICS Code 237990 Size Determination $39.5 Million. Bid Modifications Recevied by Facsimile Will Not be Considered. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Site visit information for this project is available in FAR Clause 52.236-27 ALT I. The Highway w age decision is to be used for all work associated w ith the parking lot and street lighting. The Heavy wage decision is to be used for all work related to the fire w ater line and storm drainage. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.sam.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of 52.204-7 and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
