Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City / County: New Bloomfield / Perry County Delineated Area: North: Freeman Hollow Rd to Veterans Way, St Rt 274 and High St. East: Barnett Rd South: Bridgeport Rd to Indiana and Greenbrier Rd., Tapeworm Rd to Jericho Rd. West: St Hwy 850 from Bridgeport Rd to Freeman Hollow Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,193 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 1,372 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 12 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 10 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 spaces Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Seven (7) years firm with 120-day termination rights after firm term. If the Government terminates the lease before Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid off, the Government will pay the remaining TI balance at the time of lease termination. Option Term: One Five (5) year option Additional Requirements: Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. Contiguous, first floor, space preferred. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Pull through parking is required to accommodatelarger vehicles. Reference project number: 57-42099-20-NR Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
