- This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for Embankment Mowing Services at Canyon Lake, Texas in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). The Contract Specialist point of contact for this anticipated solicitation is Karen Harkins, 817-886-1289, karen.harkins@usace.army.mil FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for embankment mowing services. Solicitation W9126G20Q0078 The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Canyon Lake, Texas The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, and one (1) Option period for six (6) months for a total not to exceed contract period of 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform embankment mowing services at Canyon Lake, Texas for the duration of the contract period. 3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G20Q0078 is on or about 06 June 2020. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561730 (Landscaping Services), The Small Business Size Standard is $8.0 Million.
