- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and associated attachments constitute the entire and only solicitation. Proposals are hereby requested via this notice and attachments. An additional solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation no. 129J6120Q5010 is issued as a Request for Quotes [RFQ]. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 115310. The small business size standard is no greater than $20.5 million in average annual receipts. �Only offers from firms that are meet the size standard will be considered. �You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the small business qualifications. �Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov).��� This is a combined solicitation/synopsis.� The solicitation documents, including any future amendments, contain the official project information such as due date and time. The intent of this solicitation and any resultant Agreement is to obtain Incident Base Units (equipment and services) for use on a regional basis. The Contractor is responsible for all equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, personnel necessary to meet or exceed the Agreement specifications. The agreement period is for up to one year from the date of award or expiration with 30 days� notice of a new pending award. It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that its offer is transmitted and received by the Government before the closing time for the receipt of offers as indicated by this notice and the RFQ. Any offers received after the scheduled closing time will not be accepted or considered for contract award. Contractors must be registered in the SAM database in order to receive a contract award from any USDA Forest Service activity. Prospective offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM will render an offeror ineligible for award. SAM information at www.sam.gov. Contractors�must complete Representations and Certifications online via SAM at www.sam.gov.
