Description

The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) requests proposals for a solicitation award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts. The request for proposals is available on https://beta.sam.gov/; a paper copy will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System�(NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690. This solicitation is open to all sources. MACPAC is seeking contractors capable of undertaking short- and long-term studies and analyses on a wide range of topics relating to Medicaid and CHIP, including payment, access, quality, managed care, program integrity, and spending. Tasks may include but are not limited to: convening/soliciting information from experts/stakeholders; conducting environmental scans/information syntheses; developing and framing policy options; conducting limited surveys and focus groups; analyzing survey and administrative data; and modeling, actuarial analysis, and policy simulations.
