- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 06 March 2020. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be from 15 April 2020 through 14 April 2021 with two one-year option periods. The PSC Code is 6910. The NAICS Code is 336111, with a size standard of 1,500 (# of employees). The purpose of this acquisition is to provide target demolition vehicles (training aids) for Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD), Panama City, Florida. The solicitation will be available on or about 06 March 2020 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and BETA SAM Website at: https://www.betasam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or BETA SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
