Advertisement������������������������������������������������������������������������� �GSA Public Buildings Service ������������������������������������������������������������ U.S. GOVERNMENT �General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Carbondale Delineated Area: North: Route 149N; South: Route 30S; East: Route 148 E; West: Route 127 W Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2380 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2800 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total):� 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): n/a Parking Spaces (Structured): 10 structurally secured Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Risk/Vulnerability assessment of the property will be made on a case by case basis.� Contiguous space on a single floor is required. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The proposed space shall be contiguous.� Neither the first or top floor of a building is preferable; however, spaces may be considered if security can be reasonably mitigated issues such as rooftop access to the space etc. Proposed office space cannot be inside a shopping mall or shopping center. Proposed building cannot house day care facilities, women�s health clinics, mental health clinics, or drug rehabilitation clinics within the building. Proposed building cannot house immigration, probation, public defenders, and/or social service offices within the building.� Proposed building or parking facility cannot be within 1,000 feet of agencies or tenants previously identified. Proposed building cannot be within 1000 feet of places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, women�s health clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/ or day care facilities.
