Description

This is a Synopsis and a Notice of Intent to award to a sole-source contractor. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole-source contract to JTAG Technologies, Inc. The USAF requires two (2) JTAG Provision Software Suites, consisting of the following: CLIN 0001 ProVision All Station S/W Package (2 Ea), CLIN 0002 Boundary-Scan Diagnostics S/W for infrastructure, interconnects & clusters (2 Ea), CLIN 0003 Boundary-Scan Support Pack for Teradyne Di-50 and HSSub (2 Ea) CLIN 0004 Software Maintenance, (Period of Performance: 12 months from delivery date). These items are commercial in nature and are required to flawlessly interact with the existing Teradyne hardware VDATS testers. The JTAG Technologies Provision Software Suites is currently the only known software that has been fully tested and seamlessly increases the functional test coverage of the VDATS testers by utilizing an additional 528 input/output data points for the MQ9 Reaper Compression Cards (CCAs). Any other vendor would require significant research and development to provide Software Suites identical in form, fit and function to what JTAG Technologies, Inc. can provide.
