- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division intends to award a �Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) to Westland Technologies, Inc, (CAGE 0SX38), 107 S. Riverside Drive, Modesto, CA 95354. This effort will provide effort will provide First Article Test (FAT) qualification for the manufacturing, machining, and priming of Experimental Hull Treatment (XHT) � 9, XHT-9b and Versathane parts to Navy specifications. FAT samples shall be procured and tested to verify/validate the contractor�s submitted manufacturing, machining, and quality processes. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).� A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the decision of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
