Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 10, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for maintenance, parts, and installation for the Liebel-Flarsheim Direct Digital Imaging System at the Detroit VA Medical Center to Guerbet LLC, 821 Alexander Rd Ste 204, Princeton, NJ 08540 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). This acquisition is for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. The Government intends to award the contract on or about July 12, 2020 to Guerbet LLC, 821 Alexander Rd Ste 204, Princeton, NJ 08540. DUNS: 037876096. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), requiring publication of the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for quote and no solicitation shall be made available. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) Contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government shall not pay for any costs incurred by responses to this notice.
