- Request for Information � Use of commercial solution for CLICK2GO Operations This is not a Request for Proposal. Responses to this sources sought/request for information notice will be used for market research informational purposes only. The purpose of this notice is to solicit industry capability and associated details regarding a potential commercial platform and labor execution of the Defense Commissary Agency�s CLICK2GO temporary turnkey eCommerce order and fulfillment solution for select continental United States grocery stores. In your response, please include general business information to include: Name & complete address of the contractor Contact information for the contractor (name, phone & e?mail) Is the contractor registered at www.SAM.gov? � Also, please include your firm�s capability response by discussing such elements as: 1)���� How your firm would provide a customer facing website which includes customer friendly features for ease of use.� Some features that the respondent should address is the capability to display each store�s stock assortment and associated high resolution product images and accurate product descriptions, a robust search capability, other information technology capabilities such as fulfillment software and hardware, ability to alert shoppers as to order confirmation through standard electronic means such as texts and emails, and the ability to staff the labor to fulfill the end to end order to include through the payment and receipt process.� 2)���� How your firm will able to accept a particular store's active stock assortment from DeCA with minimal or no system changes/upgrades to DeCA's existing system(s). Please address whether your system includes a web presence in multiple platforms including PC, tablet and phone where patrons can place their order. 3)��� �How your firm would provide curbside pickup and/or delivery to store patrons as well as the capability to process payment transactions quickly.� 4)��� �How your solution would provide performance metrics to include but not limited to total sales (in dollars, number of orders, number of items ordered), out of stock percentages, and substitution percentages for each store. 5)��� �What is a rough order of magnitude commercial price for: ������� a.�Your eCommerce solution per store, and (if applicable) ������� b.�Your fully loaded hourly rate for fulfillment personnel and the average number of manhours required for 50 orders per day if the store is open for 10 hours daily?
