Description

This request is for solar powered LED light towers similar or equal to the SLT 1200 model. Vendors are welcome to quote equivalent models; however, all equivalent offers must meet the specifications listed in the line item. The requested shipping method if shipping from the United States is via a US consolidation shipping point. The typical consolidation points utilized by Prince Sultan Air Base are New Cumberland and Dover, vendors may request alternate consolidation points if necessary. All vendors not utilizing a consolidation shipping point will need to complete the attached Royal Saudi Air Force entrance requirements for Prince Sultan Air Base. The awardee will be responsible for shipping the requested items to the consolidation point by a commercial carrier of their choosing. The awardee shall consolidate all requested items as one shipment so that they can be delivered under one transportation control number (TCN). Quotes will be evaluated based on best value to the US government. All questions are due by 1700 EST, five days before the listed closing date of the solicitation. No questions will be accepted after this time. All quote submissions are due by 1700 EST on the listed closing date of the solicitation. All vendors should be aware these items will be delivered to Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.
