Description

USDA, Forest Service, Ohio River Basin Procurement Cluster has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor, services, material and equipment necessary for the design, fabrication and construction of a standard stairway to replace an existing ships ladder to a control tower within the bison handling facilities at Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie., Wilmington, Illinois.� The government intends to award one contract.� The contract term will be 30 days beginning in September, 2020.� The stairway including support structure, stair treads, and hand and guard rails, shall be constructed to meet all OSHA standards.� The stairway shall be of traditional design.� Ships ladders, alternating tread and spiral stairways, will not be allowed. Project location:� Wilmington, IL in Will County.� All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Construction wage rates.� The requirement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside.� One award is anticipated.� Solicitation number: 1252B120Q0038.� NAICS: 236220, Size Standard:� $36.5M.� This solicitation will be available ONLY electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website: http://www.fbo.gov/, on approximately June 3, 2020.� Plans/drawings will only be available with the solicitation
