Description
BLM-UT GREEN RIVER DISTRICT RESIDENCE REPLACEMENT The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to include the necessary qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to construct and complete the residence replacement at the Green River District, located within the Vernal Field Office (VFO). The Contractor shall prepare a work summary regarding each step of the residence construction associated with this project. Location: The Green River District Residence is located at 200 South 425 East, Vernal, Utah, in Uintah County. Complete services are located in Vernal, Utah. A site visit will be held on June 17, 2020 at 11:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time at the project site. Attendance is highly encouraged. CDC's social distancing guidelines are to be followed during the site visit. This project is 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. Project price range is $250,000 - $500,000. Performance time is 150 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bid, Performance, and Payment Bonds are required for this proposal/project. Solicitation 140L5720R0004, along with statement of work, plans, and required construction wage rates will be posted electronically at www.beta.SAM on or about June 3, 2020, with solicitation closing date roughly 30 calendar days after posting. These dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at www.fedconnect.net. Bidders shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification.
