- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. �This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply NSN: 3830-01-666-4680, COVER, SHAFT. This NSN is currently sole sourced to San Diego Seal, Inc. (3R262); P/N 234-8723624. DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, possibly five years. The Annual Estimated Quantity for this item is 125 EA.
