***SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY*** Hewlett Packard (HP) 24/7 DMR Proactive Care Service with Hardware Support Product #: H1K93AC_HA151AC H7J35AC_HA151AC H1K93AC_HA158AC H1K93AC_HL935AC H1K93AC_HA156AC This effort is to Provide Enterprise Security information and Event Management (E-SIEM) Systems Integrated Lab (SIL) with a hardware maintenance and repair contract. This is a commercial purchase for hardware and will include problem diagnosis, on-site support, with parts and materials provides as needed. This will include a 4-hour onsite response; 24 hours standard office days (24 hours, day 6; 24 hours day 7) including holidays. This will include defective media retention with no usage limitations and some remote delivery service. This product is intended to keep the SIL hardware in usable working conditions with minimal down time. Location of items that require maintenance: 210 Research Boulevard, Suite 160, Aberdeen, MD 21001 Period of Performance 1 May 2020 - 30 April 2021 ***BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT*** HP SIL maintenance and support is a key component of the approved E-SIEM capability/solution architecture for Cyber Situational Awareness. The E-SIEM solution runs on HP equipment with an approved capability system. The current HP Operating System and maintenance support will provide a lab environment for the Department with a unique capability unlike other SIEM technologies whereas the E-SIEM capability enables a cohesive ""SHARED SITUATIONAL AWARENESS"" in real-time approach across all sectors of the DoD Information Network Cyberspace Operations.
