Description

The USDA Forest Service National Agroforestry Lab located in Lincon, NE has a requirement for the drainage and sidewalk improvements in accordance with the attached statement of work. The resultant contract shall be a Firm Fixed Priced, Construction Contract. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. Bonding Required in accordance with FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections.� Shall apply to the resultant contract award. The full solicitation package shall post by COB 05/19/2020. Responses in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors shall be emailed to CO- Takele K. Woldu takele.woldu@usda.gov no later than 1700 ET June 16, 2020.
