- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation � 123A9420Q0013 In support of the Office of Public Health and Safety (OPHS), the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order, with a base plus four option years, for calibration/certification of laboratory scales and balances. � Offerors responding to the RFQ constituted by this document must submit pricing information for a base year plus four option years, for a total of five years.� The total number of pages for the technical plan is not expected to exceed ten (10) pages in length.
