Amendment 000006: Amendment 000006 implements an extension of the price volume due date. Details are provided in the attached Amendment 000006 SF30 and attached amended page from Section L. _________________________________________________________________ Amendment 000005: Amendment 000005 provides answers to offeror questions. Details are provided in the attached Amendment 000005 SF30 and Reference Document List. _________________________________________________________________ Amendment 00004: Amendment 000004 implements�a change to Section F of the�solicitation. The specific language is provided in the attached Amendment 000004 SF30 and amended page from Section F. In addition,�the U.S. Coast Guard is unable to accept paper/hard copy proposals due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The USCG email system also has a file size limit of 9.5 MB which could limit electronic submissions. The USCG is interested in possible electronic solutions for receiving proposals from offerors in response to the POLAR STAR SLEP RFP. Potential offerors should submit possible solutions for consideration to Molly.OKeefe@uscg.mil and Rinalda.N.Butts@uscg.mil. Responses are due by 06 May 2020 by 1300 ET. __________________________________________________________________ Amendment 000003: Amendment 000003 implements multiple changes to the solicitation. The transmittal method of proposal submission has been updated. The due dates of the non-price volumes and the price volume have each been extended to a different date. The specific language is provided in the attached Amendment 000003 SF30 and amended pages from Section L. __________________________________________________________________ Amendment 000002: Amendment 000002 implements multiple changes to the solicitation. Notably, the due dates of the non-price volumes and the price volume have been separated. Each has been extended to a different date. The specific language is provided in the attached Amendment 000002 SF30 and updated Sections C-M. _________________________________________________________________ Amendment 000001: Amendment 000001�implements multiple changes to the solicitation and incorporates additional attachments.� The specific language is provided the in the attached Amendment 000001 SF30. _________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12 and Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z02320RAPS00200 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The RFP format is attached to this combination synopsis/solicitation, this�format will be used to submit proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-4 effective�15�January 2020. This is an unrestricted requirement using the competitve procedures of FAR Part 15. The Coast Guard intends to award a Single Award�Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ)�contract for services� that will extend the service life of the�Polar Star Security�Cutter. Task Orders will consist of�firm-fixed price (FFP) &�Fixed Price Award Fee (FPAF)�CLINs as designated in the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. Parts of this requirement�may require offerors to have access to materials which are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730-774) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Parts 120-130). The solicitation provides greater detail of this requirement.
