- GSA Public Buildings Service NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies antenna space outside of a building under lease in North Miami, FL that will be expiring January 31, 2021. The Government intends to negotiate a succeeding lease for antenna space based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. State: Florida City: North Miami Delineated Area: 350 NW 215th St, North Miami, FL 33169 Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): N/A Space Type: Antenna Parking Spaces (Total): N/A Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Covered/Sheltered): N/A Antenna: 1 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years O�ered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Expressions of Interest Submission Instructions/Requirements: Please provide the following basic information and descriptions pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. All submissions should include the following information: (1) Name of owner; (2) Age of building; (3) Total existing gross square feet, and gross square feet per floor; (4) Site plan depicting the building and parking; (5) Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; (6) Identification of on-site parking; (7) Address or described location of building; (8) Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; (9) FEMA map evidencing that the property lies outside the 100-year floodplain; (10) A narrative and map describing proximity of the building to the nearest bus and/or train stop, and major transportation routes; (11) Evidence of�ownership, if building submitted by owner. Non-Owners (e.g. brokers) must provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; and (12) Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the building. (13) List any tenants within the o�ered building that are local, state, or federal agencies or groups that have ties to criminal elements. �
