- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation 15B21520Q000000078, for the acquisition of bread items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery during the months of July - September. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered. Past performance is far more important than�price. The solicitation will be made available on or about�May 18, 2020�and will be posted to beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 19th, 2020 at 5:00pm. Bids should be submitted via email to gbodine@bop.gov, faxed bids can be sent to 845-386-6801, email preferred though. Payment will be made using purchase card weekly.
