RFQ# N6600120Q6446 NOTICE OF INTENT to Sole Source to General Dynamics The Contracting Department, SPAWAR SYSTEM PACIFIC), San Diego, CA, 92152 intends to negotiate sole source procurement for Base License Maintenance NITES AOS Annual Maintenance and Level 1 Upgrade NITES AOS Annual Maintenance The Government (SPAWAR PAC SSD) intends to award a firm fixe price purchase order on a sole source basis to General Dynamics. The following requirement is for the purchase of: * Item 0001: Base License Maintenance NITES AOS POP: DOA-27th April 2021 * Item 0002: Level 1 Upgrade NITES AOS Annual Maintenance POP: DOA-27th April 2021 Method of Shipment: FOB Destination/Electronic Delivery This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the Government requirements to the Contracting Officer. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice will be solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply.
